Julie is a trauma-informed adoptee guide devoted to helping women untangle the subtle layers of shame, abandonment, and identity fragmentation that often live quietly beneath the surface.
Her work centers on the adoptee experience, the invisible grief, the survival patterns, the hyper-independence, the “I’m fine” exterior, and the nervous system adaptations that formed early in life to stay connected and safe.
Julie specializes in helping women move from carrying unspoken shame and self-protection into embodied self-trust and belonging. She creates spaces where the parts of you that learned to over-function, people-please, or shrink can finally soften.
At Wild + Rooted, Julie holds the deeper identity and shame-dissolving work, guiding women to land fully in themselves, not as a performance… but as a homecoming.

Becky Aste
Somatic Relationship & Nonverbal Communication Expert
Becky isn’t your typical marriage coach, she’s a trauma-informed somatic healer specializing in the 93% of communication that isn’t spoken.
She helps high-achieving women who look “fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed within transform their relationships by working directly with the body, where tone, energy, and nervous system cues speak louder than words ever could.
After nearly losing her own marriage, somatic healing rewired how she communicated, connected, and felt safe. Now, she teaches women how to regulate their nervous systems, shift nonverbal survival patterns, and create deeply connected, lasting love.
At Wild + Rooted, Becky brings the relational lens, helping you see how shame and nervous system patterns show up in intimacy, conflict, and vulnerability… and how to shift them from the inside out.
She helps you embody safety so connection can finally feel natural.
Bridget Covill
RESET Breathwork Facilitator & Embodied Aliveness Guide
Bridget is a RESET Breathwork Facilitator who guides women back to the parts of themselves they’ve silenced, softened, or forgotten.
Through conscious breath, nervous system regulation, and embodied practices, she creates spaces where women can release what they’ve been carrying and remember their WILD, their intuition, power, desire, and aliveness.
Her work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping your body exhale.
At Wild + Rooted, Bridget leads the trauma release breathwork and embodied somatic experiences that allow stored emotion and tension to move safely through the body.
She helps you release what you didn’t even realize you were holding so your aliveness can come back online.
